Kami’s Fabulous Dip (Nicole)

1 cup Best Food Mayonnaise
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 bag Real Bacon (do not use bacon bits)
2 to 3 green onions – diced

Be sure to use the regular versions of all ingredients (do not use low fat or lite). Mix all ingredients
and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm with Ritz crackers.

Kathy’s Cheesy Potatoes (Erin)

1 pt. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup melted margarine
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups shredded cheese
1-2 lbs frozen hash browns (thawed)

Mix all together everything except cheese and put in greased 9 x 12 pan or baking dish. Bake 350
for 45 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake 10 minutes longer! Enjoy!

Eloy’s BIG Broccoli Salad (Jaelyn)

8 - 10 cups broccoli (Parboil it or you could serve it raw). I normally make it raw.
1 lb bacon (optional) I use 3 tablespoon imitation bacon or no bacon to keep it vegetarian.
2 cups sunflower seeds Use this if you like sunflower seeds and you're not allergic to it.
2 cups raisins (golden or regular)
Dressing
2 cups Mayo
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar

Brandie’s Nacho Casserole (Michaela)

6 cups tortilla chips (I used the Megathin chips)
3 lb hamburger
3 packages Lawry’s Taco Seasoning mix
1 white or yellow onion diced (optional)
3 cans diced jalapeño chili (optional)
6 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 cans refried beans
2 cups salsa (approximately)
Cold toppings
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 can black olives
2 to 3 tomatoes, diced
2 to 3 avocados (I mixed them with salsa to make guacamole)
½ to 1 pint sour cream
Jalapenos or other chilis (optional)

Brown hamburger (and onion if desired) and follow directions on taco seasoning mix. Add half the
cheese and all the beans to the cooked meat mixture. For added heat, add jalapenos to meat (or
you can put them on top with the cold toppings).

Put half the chips on the bottom of a large baking dish. Add all of the meat/cheese/bean mix on top
of the chips. Add a layer of salsa on top of the meat mixture. Put the remainder of chips on top of
the salsa. Bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes.

Add the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted. Top with cold condiments of
your choice. Best served immediately while chips are still crunchy.

Note, for the soccer team party, I didn’t include the onions or chilis with the meat and I didn’t add
any chilis in the toppings because I didn’t think the girls would like them.
