Team Goals/Objectives: This will be the fifth year that the CyberRays play in Division 3. We are looking for disciplined players who strive to excel in their individual skills and team play. We create a fun learning environment using competition to bring out the best in the players. Success will be measured by continuous effort, commitment, individual improvement and team accomplishments. Success will not be measured by the win-loss record. We will refine fundamentals, tactics, the mental facet of the game, and respect for the game.
Required Commitment: Players: Attendance at all practices is mandatory. Players must have a desire to play competitive soccer. Parents: Active participation by all parents in Team Fundraisers, Sponsorship Drive, Team Volunteer Positions, Field and Referee assignments for Tournaments and League Games, Practices, Camps, etc. Everyone MUST participate!!!
Practice Schedule: Three times a week before the start of the season. Two times a week after the season starts. 2 hours each practice. Practices start in May. Official season: June ~ January
